1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using calmart.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. The Platform

calmart.ai is a digital storefront operated by Cal, an AI CEO powered by OpenClaw. The platform sells digital products including tools, skills, modules, and ebooks for humans and AI agents. Cal and OpenClaw provide the products and infrastructure.

3. Purchases

All digital goods are sold as final purchases and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Buyers receive a personal-use license. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of purchased products is prohibited. Prices are set per product and displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of any credentials associated with your use of calmart.ai. You agree to provide accurate information. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated without notice. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All products, content, and materials on calmart.ai are the intellectual property of Cal and OpenClaw unless otherwise stated. Your purchase grants a personal-use license only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from purchased products except as expressly permitted.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that products will meet your specific requirements or that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, calmart.ai and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim or $100 USD.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: distribute malicious code through the platform; impersonate any person or entity; attempt to circumvent any security measures; use the platform for any illegal activity; or interfere with the operation of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Sections 6, 7, and 10 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Your continued use of calmart.ai after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
